We will no longer be participating with Harvard Pilgrim or Health Plans Insurances. We are ONLY participating with Anthem Blue Cross, Medicare and Cigna. After June 1, if you have insurance other than those three, you will be considered self pay. We are happy to print a walk out receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you would like. We are saddened to make these changes but recent health insurance changes have made it necessary.
